COPR says Toronto, Can I live in Ottawa

Hello,

My COPR says I should land in Toronto, and I already booked a ticket to land in Toronto, however, few days ago, I made a decision of settling in Ottawa.

Any idea if that will cause any problem once I land?

but in his case both Toronto and Ottawa are in the same province and hence will not be a problem.
