I did some calculations ... I think people who get COPR before PPR its usually 7-13 days between COPR and PPR, we are at 12 now so I don't know..
Got PPR on Nov 4th? You have to inform them through web form that you are in Canada right now so they will prepare things to get you invited for virtual landing portal.
