I was checking google spreadsheet. looks like IRCC slow down the process of portal invite because so many people are waiting for portal invite after everything got completed.

Ok I crunched some number on the google sheet, it looks like this a trend with Outland Indian applicants where COPR is updating before PPR and then there is a wait period of 7-13 days before PPR, I am already at day 5th so lets see.!!

Mine also same.

Eligibility and BGC completed on 18th Oct

PR tracker updated with COPR number: 3th Nov

I did some calculations ... I think people who get COPR before PPR its usually 7-13 days between COPR and PPR, we are at 12 now so I don't know..

Got PPR November 4th and uploaded my passport on gckey but update since then. I am presently in Canada on TRV and my application is OUTLAND. Do I need to do something else?

Got PPR on Nov 4th? You have to inform them through web form that you are in Canada right now so they will prepare things to get you invited for virtual landing portal.
