CoPR not stamped after landing

hello guys,
I just finished my landing , and the immigration office signed and dated my Copr, but not stamped it. Is it normal? my passport got the entry stamp. I did some research, someone said Copr with out stamped can not apply ohip ...
Do your have stamp on your Copr?

If your concern is OHIP, you can wait for PR card to arrive and apply with that, since because of the 90 days waiting period, you wouldn't be covered in the first 3 months anyway.
