Guess this team is working on something else recently so they didn't even touch the EE applications. But it is nice that we are not alone, so we know it is not a single case being forgotten. Just need to wait some more time.

I'm guessing you found out about PACE review from your GCMS notes? I've also requested them a little over a week ago and I suspect it would be the same as yours.
Yeah the more I look into this, the more I find that there are several others in our situation. As you said there's absolutely no movement from this office. The question is how long do we wait? All other VOs are actively sending out PPRs within a couple days of all stages being complete. But us unlucky folks in RROC are waiting for close to or more than a month.
Hey, providing an update for anyone else waiting for outland COPR. My partner is primary applicant and got his eCOPR last Monday June 26th. MY COPR timeline:
Portal 1: May 30th
Change to outland landing (I am in UK for a bit): May 31st
Sent PPR documents to VFS: June 1st
VFS requested more documents: June 6th (despite the instructions telling me not to send physical documents, just upload to our account )
IRCC received and processing: June 8th
We noticed our account had been update I think June 27th and July 3rd? This may be because we have been working with our MP since April because all our stages have gone past the processing standard so these updates could reflect messages going to the VO.
I am still stressing because my COPR according to online is due to expire July 18th, and I have a flight booked for next Thursday on July 13th for my soft landing and yet… still no COPR 34 days later. We are hoping this means they will simply extend the deadline to land if they issue it this close or past their own deadline but I’m worried that they have been so terrible this whole time that they could mess up, I miss the deadline because of their delays and then that’s it. Will the suffering ever end?

I ordered the notes but haven’t received yet. When I called, they only told me my case is in the Ottawa office. But an interesting experience is that I sent a webform to the Sydney office which I didn’t even expect them to reply. However, they forwarded the webform to one email add. in RROC and that email further forwarded to another email add. in RROC who replied me saying my case is waiting in queue for review. In that reply, I can see the initial email sending from Sydney who query the GCMS notes from their database and a brief summary was attached in the email. On that notes, the current paper file location is PACE.
That's interesting! I didn't know you could send a webform to a particular VO, may I know how you did that? I've sent webforms and got no response.
If you don't mind, could you please share the RROC email address which you got a response from? Also, how long since all stages have been marked complete for you? Mine has been done since 7th June.
You can send it to a particular VO outside of Canada. I just thought my SVO might be Sydney, so I chose that. It is the email that someone else also mentioned on the thread, IRCC.IN-RROC-CORR-RI.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

Hello, I received the AOR on November 28th 2022 and till now the background check for me and my wife are still in progress, my eligibility is done but my wife’s not started yet. Any idea what could be the reason of the delay ? And how to get the exact status of the file ?
Mine was Ottawa as well but then got moved to RROC as CPC Ottawa is very slow and has high case load.
I tried sending to CPC Ottawa earlier. The email returned in mailbox with a mesaage that I do not have permission to send email to that address.

Have you tried swnding direct email to RROC and did you email go through or was returned to mailbox?
How do you send it to a specific VO? Did you figure that out? Because there's no such field while submitting a web form.
Nope I haven't tried that yet but I doubt I would have much success. If it bounced back for Ottawa VO, probably doesn't work for any others. Must be an outbound mailbox only.
But since I'm desperate will probably give it a try at some point anyway haha. And no, I haven't figured out how to send a webform to a particular VO. Does anybody have any advice on this?
