Raised several "Ready to Travel" webforms in the months of Oct and Nov 2020 but have not received any 4 or 7 pointer emails nor any updates on my GCKey profile. Any idea when I will get the AL??
No one has that idea except IRCC. Sorry but this question does not have an answer at all but soon you will receive something seeing the current trend.

AL can be re-issued. But if you are not prepared to travel then you should hold on to request an extension. When you are ready to travel, then you can request for a new AL. However, currently IRCC is asking all applicants to not send ant webforms asking for AL. Instead IRCC will contact the applicants themselves.

Thank you for your response @legalfalcon. I appreciate this! I was a bit worried that asking for a re-issuance of an AL would jeopardize my extended CoPR and PRV. Do you think that in this case IRCC may ask for my passport to be re-stamped instead?

Hey ,
I received 4pt email in october and post that i havent received anything so far . I have raised several webforms but no answer . Did anyone receive a new AL ? Since i am already inside canada idk what is happening . Theyve been so casual about all of this that it feels like they are playing with our lives . So frustrated and noone has answers .calling IRCC is waste of time.

Currently IRCC is only issuing an AL and allowing applicants to travel with expired documents.

Hi all,

I received my CoPR on 04th December 2020 which is said to expire on 31st March 2021. I am currently located outside Canada (and not in the US). I don't believe I am allowed to travel under the current circumstances.

Do I have any recourse currently? Can I apply for an Authorisation Letter now?

Also is there any expected change on 21st Jan?

Hey Guys.
As I had mentioned on the forum before got a remedical request on 21st dec without even raising RTT. My COPR expired on 6th Aug, however I wasnt planning to travel anytime soon with my kid am waiting for vaccination or atleast things to return to some level of normalcy. So I decided I will do my medical some time early March (as late as possible). However, Yesterday (10th Jan) I got the 4 point email asking if I can travel in next 60 days with the same 4 questions that many of us got.

Now I wanted to check:
If I do not want to travel in the next 60 days - the mail says "If we do not hear from you within 10 days, we will assume that you are not able to travel to Canada within the next 60 days. Your application will remain open and placed on hold until after the travel restriction pause is lifted or until you demonstrate that you meet the criteria above."
1. has anyone before responded by saying No to the 4 point email.
2.If yes di you receive any acknowledgement for the same.
Hey guys was hoping if some one was on the same boat as me. Can anyone please advise.
