I don't think so, it depends how situation goes. WFH can't be feasible for jobs where physical presence is required in order to push a button. if button is not pushed then it may cause some business losses which hampers economy. Social distancing means no Bluefest, no Glow Fair, no Canada day on July 1st, No laser show at Parliament hill Ottawa and so on
I think you are being a bit naive here. WFH where possible will be going for at least another month. It doesn't really matter if things can't be done if people are dying.

People will not die if everyone follows the guidance provided by Govt. as their federal duty.

Naive? Nothing to argue some projects are flexible in WFH mode and some need physical presence at work, for those kinda project there are higher chances of person losing his/her productivity while working at home eventually causing loss in business. WFH for those project gonna be lifted in few weeks but social distancing will be followed for months. e.g. people who use public transport should be encouraged to WFH and people who use private vehicles for work are encouraged to come to office. If WFH is needed for all sectors for more months then why they are relaxing the ban now for CoPR holders who will be searching for a job there? Have some wider perspective of the situation here.

Let's keep this thread regarding CoPR and COVID19.

I would appreciate if we would discuss the thread it is created for

Thankyou all

It will be announced only next week.. until then strongly recommended not to make any immediate plans...

- just follow expiry date on your corp and visa
- for now getting first card takes 13 days
Thanks. By first card, do you mean the PR card which they send at a Canadian address, or the PRTD in a separate country?
