Yes he was very positive .He said they might consider opening international flights may be in June end or July.That brings lil relief and hope we may reach earlier then expected.I think VFS too shall open by then ,to submit passports .

VFS are closed till 31st May and it depends on State Government directives when it will be opened. We need Red zone to be transitioned to orange zone to get some relief.

as per current exemptions people with approved COPR before 18th march can travel...but while providing new COPR (extension to expired one) the issue date will change in the document as well...question is whether will be allowed to board flight with new date

Copr date is not approval date I think.Even if it is we got approved before 18th March.This will be reissue of copr not the first one .So we shall be good to go.

When should one raise a web-form informing that he/she is ready to travel? I see several airlines opened bookings for International flights starting 8th of June (Flydubai, Emirates). But I don't know if these flights will be cancelled or not. Shall I wait till at least one international flight depatures from my country?

If you are in UAE, why don't you book with KLM or Emirates. They have already started flying out of Dubai.
I have already booked with KLM for first week of July

Yep.And unfortunately most vfs are in red zones which are getting worse day by day like Ahmedabad Delhi Mumbai etc.But now instead of marking entire city as redzone I think they are locking specific ares as containment zones.But vfs can not be opened like other market shops unless Govt allows.

If yes you can attach that notification with your web form informing them that you are able to travel.Your VAC is open?Or else let flights actually take off so that you can be sure.You can call and Ask airlines abt their status.

I am in Kazakhstan and there are flights to Toronto through Dubai. So I am glad to know that Emirates and KLM resumed their flights.

No, it only announced that Domestic flights are resumed. My VAC is still closed. I guess I must use it as a sign to raise a web-form: as soon it is open, I will inform IRCC that I am able to travel.

Yes wait till one flight departs successfully.

According to Union Aviation Minister, international flights from India should resume from July.

This question was asked earlier also.
As an address proof for applying SIN online one can upload a Rent Agreement which is not to be notarised and in a standard format which every landlord or person you are planning to stay with must be aware about. In Vancouver these type of agreements are just of one page and in Toronto the standard format is of three pages. It’s quite simple.
