You may find it very difficult to get approved with COPD. Assume it will also depend whether you are the initial stage of COPD but in general COPD is an expensive and demanding condition to treat. Are you being sponsored by your child? To qualify for immigration most people must be in their early 40s or younger.

It will partially be dependent on the severity of COPD and prognosis in the next 5- 10 years. In general COPD will make it difficult to immigrate.

very unusual for people to be diagnosed with copd and emphysema with no symptoms. How old are you?

33 ‍♂

Did you live somewhere where there were lots of particulates in the air? These are all diagnosis that are very unusual if you are young, have normal function and have no other underlying conditions.

I smoke since 2007 , its my 3rd day smoke free , but how cic physicians sees such results ? They take in consideration the severity of the disease? Or if its diagnosed as COPD , its is automatically inadmissible?

This is still very unusual for 15 years of smoking. Every case is always evaluated independently.

It”s impossible to say. Given that you have mild COPD so early it is very likely that your symptoms will worsen over time and become quite disabling in 5-20 years. I‘m not a COPD and emphysema specialist but it depends on your prognosis. Would expect that you will be required to do additional testing during the medical. Would bring all the information from your doctor like x-rays and their diagnosis and prognosis.
