Convert multi visa to Super visa- help(which form)

Hi,
Parents are already in Canada on a 5 year multi visitor visa. i need to apply for supervisa now.
every time i do the online questionnaire i end up with the form imm5708
this form has no drop down menu that shows clearly "super visa" option instead i can only see:
*extend my status as a visitor

what is the correct online form(imm###) that all you guys used to apply for super visa?

Others can correct me but possibly because a Super Visa can only be applied for from outside Canada. Whilst in Canada you get the form to extend stay as a visitor.

Thanks for the reply, can you guys share the correct paper application then.. I will have them to fill it out manually and post it from back home as soon s they get back home.
