Continue at same job after applying for work permit

I'm a Refugee Claimant and have a case under process for Judicial Review after I lost my appeal at RAD. I would like to know whether I can keep on working for my company when my work permit expired on 31 Dec 2020. I applied for extension by mail on Nov 1 2020. Thanks

once you have applied before it has expired you have implied status. so yes you can work.
