I made the mistake of only printing the transaction receipt...I didn't realize I had to go back to the previous screen and print the actual receipt for CIC... After numerous phone calls to CIC... each one giving me a different answer. I attached a copy of the transaction receipt showing the credit card approval.
This information was sufficient.
