Hi,

I completed my citizenship test on 20th February which is still not reflected in my test status. My wife is on the same Family application, she completed her citizenship test on 20th February, her test status updated to completed on 22nd February, rest all the status is same as mine.

There was a ghost update on both our tracker profiles on 2nd March since then there has been no update on our application. BCC has been completed, Oath not started and rest all status is in progress.

I believe I have waited quite a while and now I should contact IRCC and check if there is any update.
1. Please share your thoughts on my situation.
2. If you can share contact number of IRCC where I can call and talk to a rep that would be helpful.

Better to email the address you got your test invite from and ask for an update. For call 1-888-242-2100

I did email them more than a month back but no reply that is why thinking to call them.

what do you think about my situation as per your experience from other applicants.

also, if I call them there would be multiple options, do you know the extension to reach a representative.

You cannot directly jump to talk to an agent but the sequence is - Dial 1 (888) 242-2100, then press 1 add your UCI number, press # then press 1 to confirm UCI, press 3 then 4 then 0
