Because you didn’t reapply but applied for reconsideration so there are no timelines. Reconsideration is for when there is an error in law and the officer made a mistake. So you submitted a letter outlining the error and why. Raise a webform or call IRCC. Have they even acknowledged the reconsideration request you sent through webform?

As said in your other thread, none of us can tell you that. There is no fixed or maximum processing time.
