Consultation Agency or Lawyer?

Hi all,

Do you use consultation services/agencies and/or lawyers for your application? If yes, I appreciate if you can share its name and let us know if you are happy with its services? It can help newbies (like me) who look to get such services better decide between the existing consultants.

i am planning to hire Mr. Cohen. Most people say positive things about him and his office. However, most people do not hire one as the process is very simple to say the least.

I am thinking because i have some complex issue in my case such as i was once arrested and also i was refused US visa once. Senior in this forum had suggested me that i should keep someone to back me up professionally.

I believe you don't need to. Just be truthful about your case and all will be well.

I also had issues with the law but I stated it clearly in my application and without covering up any part. Denial of USA visa is not a reason to be denied PR.

You probably were denied because you could not prove to the immigration officer that you would return to your country after your visit. If you apply today and were able to convince the officer you will be issued with the visa.

FTICS is correct. Don't use any consultant. This will unnecessary delay your processing time and can not add any value to your file. It's not critical work. Read the instruction thoroughly in the CIC website, keep an eye to the forum discussions and try yourselves to submit the application. Then you will be able to save your time and money. Hope for the best.

hello everone, its nice topic to hire a lawer. i applied under skilled class. i hired cin lahore, mr. izhar ahmed khan. hows his reputation, any body has any knowledge?

I would personally suggest not to hire anyone but read all the instructions on CIC and Canadavisa's webiste, application forms are pretty simple to fill in. If you really wanna hire someone of good repute than go for David Cohen.

do not use any agent. even if ur case is tough one ,agent can do nothing except charging u ahefty amount.good luck
