Consultant not deleting profile on request

Hi Guys,
I used a immigration firm to create a EE profile. I have been totally dissatisfied with the services provided and hence requested that I would like my profile deleted and file closed. However, the firm is giving me a tough time by not responding to the request in a timely fashion. I couldn't find anything on the CIC website on information to cancel a representative at a EE level. How do I go about this problem.

Do you have the login details to your profile? If yes then you can change all the questions/answers and password and change the representative option to 'no'.

what is your current application status? If you have already submitted the required docs then send them a detailed email that you voluntarily wouldn't like to proceed with their immigration services. Give them a time frame to respond to that email. Also mention that if they don't respond you would take it as yes.


Save this email and all the previous email conversations. Create a new profile and mention this in the letter of explanation and attach these emails.

If i were you i would do this.

just forget it and make a new profile

You can fill up the use of representative form (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5476E.pdf) to cancel the appointment of a representative.

If you know the EE pofile application number, create a new GC Key and transfer that application to your new account. Then delete the profile.
