I am from chandigarh,since 2009 i am registered client with Oceanic consultant .
At that time they said it's a life time membership,you can avail our services anytime you want.In 2010, i applied for UK, but due to some issues,i was unable to file.Now when i want to apply for canada ,they said you have to registered again with us (Rs 3500).
Great..... all they want is money,
Secondly they promise me we can apply now for september 2013 intake and have offer letter within 2-3 weeks from now.
I am little bit confused,whether to apply by my own ,or go as Oceanic says...
Help and kindly suggest if you guys knows any reputed and fair consultant in Tricity.

you can apply by own if you are capable enough. If want to apply through consultancy go with IDP or CANAM. They are best in their business.

first of all consultants are not a charitable organization....they need only money....they will give any offer letter from any college remember you can also take offer letter from any colleges...best option is take offer letter from your side and seek help from this forum...I think all the past and present members in this forum are filing their application without the help of consultants.....

When applying for a university, try applying yourself, since it aint a big deal and YOU have to gather all the required documents anyway not the consultant. Plus it's a straightforward process. you should however get guidance when filing for visa

I wish i can ..but Sandhu bro..it's too late to apply for jan intake.Medical,fees,offer letter,IELTS,will take time ..no worries def. coming in septbr 2013...

and if i haphazardly succeeded ,Then how CHC will count my experience.i mean how they calculate my work years.

from the time i start working till 2012(when m applying in college) or 2013(when i will apply ).

Today i attend fair (mission canada) at sector 8 chandigarh,i have so many queries for them,when i ask them am i eligible to apply for university they said "YES"..but as per my knowledge i am not ,coz my b.tech obtaining is 63 %.How can they say this.
My next question was can you arrange offer letter for september 2013 intake ,,answer again is yes..
isn't it amazing..
This immigration and study abroad market mislead people like me and make money .
conclusion is m not please from the scoop they give..

hay dude 63% is ok for you to get admission in university....Me also have same in ma B.tech.....according to university criteria min. requirement from your undergraduate studies is 60%....but some universities ask min. as 70% better check with university website for min. requirement based on your country vise....

Dude better go to university website....every thing is mentioned their....i think only few universities ask for 70% and above, rest of universities put their eligibility criteria as 60%.....try Carleton, Windsor, Regina, Ottawa, McGill etc....
