Guys, Changing the password is ok, but what if the profile is not even active, forget about getting the ITA, With this result he wouldn't get the ITA.

Also, You should complain formally in writing, and they DO CARE and ensure that the ones sharing wrong info or doing any sort of fraud by providing the wrong info and taking money for that are banned from IRCC.

As others mentioned LMIA takes a lot of time, however it is also a bitter truth that there are people who have LMIA's for sale, they are charging anywhere between 20-45K CAD depending on the situation and how much they can get out of you easily.

Someone gave me this option over the Kijiji, and I told them I will pay only for the processing fee if they want me to else thanks for the Offer, and trust me after our conversation, that Ad on Kijiji was deleted.

I have studied here, working here from last 2 years and If Canada doesnt want people like us who are already proven to be the ones who are building better economy for the country then be it...

Don't fall for these cheap tricks, they will Lure you to get into it and it is easy but tell them that you don't want to go for anything that is not legal.

I really hope people who have straightforward cases read this thread so they do the application themselves (or at least so they are extremely careful when hiring a consultant).

Once you get the EE profile password and the four secret question answers, correct the profile. Get Jobbank details, hope you cave corresponding mail ID and password, collect everything,Update, the profile can get locked if you alter NOC codes or other important docs. Hope you know your profile expiry date. If he is not giving all details, dont waste time, create a new profile (ask seniors opinion also).
Get your WES number, wes login details. You can pay for a duplicate hard copy if required. Get all IELTS docs. Make your own profile now. Follow the forum. CIC made everything so simple and transparent for common users.

So yesterday I asked about my WES reference number, when my payment was done and when my documents were sent to WES. They were not able to give me an answer or evidence that documents were sent or the payment was done.

After couple of hours of my inquiry, I received 2 emails into my own email account from WES itself directly. These mails were "Thank you for submitting your application, Application Received" kind of emails. I suppose they just created an account yesterday to show me a reference number.

Then I asked them "It looks like the reference number was created today. How did you send my documents to WES without the reference number?" because in one of the emails it states that all the documents sent to them should include the Reference number. They said the account wasnt created today. They only requested the reference number to be sent to my email. But It doesnt looks so...

I am now convinced that they did not do a payment or send my documents to WES. I changed my EE profile password. I will fix the false information in it today.

One thing is he is not giving me my WES password. He says since they are the ones to be tracking my process they cannot give me my password. I tried the "Forgot password" link in WES website but it is asking me my mother maiden name. My mothers maiden name did not work.

Is there any way to get my WES password? Would writing an email to WES be beneficial?

Maybe not if they put in details that you cannot get a hold of. It does sound like they have only JUST requested your WES documents. You could write to WES and say 'oh, I forgot my recovery answers' and give all your details and maybe they will give you the log in information directly. Otherwise you may have to wait for the consultancy to tell you when they finally get it back.

If it is registered to your email address WES do send the details to that address... but the originals will be sent to the postal address made on registration, which is likely the consultants. Give WES a call, explain the situation in full and see what they can do to help.

Good work on the rest of it - these guys sound like scum. Make sure you call them up on it as much as possible.

I would suggest you use an alternate email id, most of us have more than 1 that we use.

I wouldn't suggest that, unless you want to pay again for everything.

I would call WES first and see if you can recover the current account. After that consider starting again and cutting your losses.

Then sue their asses.

Oops! I forgot the OP has already paid the consultant. From the looks of the emails from WES, do they appear valid emails from WES and not something fradulent? Just asking since the consultant seems to be capable of doing anything. I'm beginning to doubt that the consultant even paid WES, as the OP says. If that's the case your money is with the consultant, not with WES.

The mails came directly from WES but these are just stating that my account was created. There is a date in the emails which is the 25th yesterday.

It says "Pending" and they are waiting for the documents... He asked money for this 2 months ago and only when i inquired about it yesterday they created the WES account... Can they make payments or submit documents before they open this WES account?

Dont know what to say but the easiest way is to just forget about the consultant already delete your profile,make a new one and start from scratch because honestly thats your best option,send wes your transcripts yourself and claim your money back from the consultant.read your agreement

Yesterday I changed my IELTS and Educatin info. At least I thought I did. However today I checked my profile but it says "Update not submitted"

I cant find a button for "Continue" or "Submit" or "Transmit"

There is only a button for "Save and Exit". When I do that it seems like no changes are being done in my submitted application.

Any Help?
