Good new year 2015.
Please I ask help, can you help me, please...

In the Form IMM 5490:
About the question 31: It says:

CONSENT TO DISCLOSE
. If there is an investigation into marriage fraud about you, do you consent to Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Canada Border Services Agency releasing the results to your sponsor?
My consent will remain valid until I revoke consent in writing to Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

Doubt:

1. Why when I press YES, automatically it delete the previous question, number 30? The quantity that I fill, it is removed, in that in the options: How much/ How often.

I don't know why.. somebody know why and is it correct?

Thank very, very much

It shouldn't do that - question 31 has nothing to do with question 30. I just tried to replicate it and it won't let me enter any information at all for the amounts in number 30, whether question 31 is filled out or not.

I'm assuming there's some kind of problem with the file, I would call CIC or send them an email to check it out. I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe if you can not fill out a question on the computer for whatever reason, it is acceptable to write it in with black ink, but make sure the number is easy to read.

Yes, that's what I recall. Filling out the forms online is only meant to be a check to make sure you don't leave any sections empty. Once you complete what you can online, print it out and make sure you complete all remaining sections with black ink. Write as clearly as possible.
