But the OP has already shown that they can come to Canada; they just are financially unable to do so. Are you saying that a financial barrier would even be entertained by IRCC for a Conjugal Sponsorship?

No. Only the TRV barrier. [Note: I may have missed / misunderstood about whether the OP can return to Canada. My reply assumed not.]

I just have one more question about my visitor visa sticker on my passport, if I do have the available funds is my visa valid? Because I was issued a visitor visa untill 2027 because I was on a study permit. Thanks

I do not know. I presume it is linked to the student permit but I ... don't know. And may have been cancelled if you were asked to leave? Don't know.
