What are the chances of getting approved?

I have a girlfriend for 5 years and she's in the Philippines, where same sex marriage is not recognized. I usually visit her every year tho. We had our bank joint account couple months ago and we have two condominium unit under our name. We traveled to other countries as well. She also applied a tourist visa to come to Canada, but got denied.

Does she have a good chance on getting approved?

Does one of those countries you've traveled to, allow same-sex marriage?

If not, then your chances of a successful conjugal app are probably pretty good.

Otherwise you can get married in a country where you can both get a visa and allows same sex marriage. Then you can start the spousal sponsorship.

No. It's only within Southeast Asia.
