It looks like that in the past 6-7 months they didn't find time to review your file which is quite shocking. It means they have a long queue of college applicants and they are not paying any attention towards their cases.

Anyhow, put this matter behind you and move on, Allah will help.

i sent withdrawal request last Friday and received my file back today without any decision.
i am so happy.

it shows they read emails well in time.

its horrible just just put the file aside when they see its college applicant.

and whch country you want to apply in europe??coz i am also little bit confused between Europe & Canada...
