Confusion with Work experience letters

Hi,

I have worked with 4 organisations till date. And out of the 4, only 1 organisation that I worked for was relevant work experience for which I am claiming points under the FSW.

Now in the form IMM 5612 (Document check list), point number 12 (Work experience), it says that I need to get reference letters from all employers.

So is it necessary to include all the reference letters of all organisations, or only the 1 organisation where I have gained relevant work experience for which I am claiming points?

its better to get reference letters from all employers since this will prove that you worked for all these years. but under your NOC that you are applying make sure you can show atleast 2 years experience to be on the safe side..

attach all the reference letters as besides claiming points you are declaring the same as your background details

So the reference letters that have, for which I am not claiming points, will only show the length of service with dates. It will NOT show the duties that I had performed. Its like a relieving letter from the organisation thanking me for my service to them with the length of service. Will this be enough as a refernce letter. Pleaqse remember I am not claiming points for these jobs

I hv the similar situation so i m thinking to attach reliving letter and a cover letter explaining that my that experience is not relevant to any noc and i m not claimi g points for it...
