As mentioned in application:-
1. Notarized employment contracts from present and past employers. --> does this mean company appointment letter or experience Letter ?
2. Original, up-to-date letters of reference from your present and past employers.--> Does this mean experience letter ?

3. For me, I dont have any one contact in past employers (7 years before and currently out-of-country, hard to get it) but I can get it from
the current employer. With the current job duties matches I got eligibility, do I still need to submit reference letters from past employers ?
what is the alternative for this ?
4. For my spouse she worked in the past for couple of years in a small software company they dont have even website? does this cause any issue.
5. If we provide experience letter that contains, salary, time period, duties, does this suffice both 1 and 2 points?

What Visa Office do you have?

Hi,

1. Appointment letter is good enough. Get its copy notarized.
2. Try to get all the reference (experience letter) you can. Also attach the visiting card of the person giving the experience letter.
3. see 2
4. They have a phone right? I think that will be fine.
5. A single letter containing all the information will do.

Thanks

Thanks for reply.

so If I provide notarized copy of appointment letter, experience letter which covers all the information in 1 & 2 is okay right instead of sending originals and without past reference letters.

I can provide original reference letter from current employers, I have only issue with past employers as I m in out-of-country hard to followup with them.(Most companies they dont give proper response).

Experience letter that you are sending should have job duties that you performed. If not there it is better to to try and get the new reference letters with job duties from past employer. Recently on this forum we have seen cases getting rejected because of inadequate information in reference letters

Hi Ankit...I am only claiming points for my Social work experience....before that I was a personal assistant...do I have to supply experience letter for that profession?

I think it is alright if you can not. But expalin in your cover letter that you are not claiming points and the reason why you can not produce refernce letter

Good Point Ankit,

1. I have 10 yrs expr, Out of 9 yrs experience doesnt match with job duties with ministerial instructions only one year expr match with ministerial instructions. But I have claim full points for experience (4yr+ option). So If I dont submit reference letters for 9 yrs expr (which (doesnt match with ministerial instructions) does it have issues (I can submit appointment letter and expr letter with job duties, expr etc, but not reference letters).

2. for my spouse we didnt claim any points for her experience, do we need still need to provide reference letters ?(I can give expr letter, but not reference letter as company is no more)?

Appreciate your help
