Confusion regarding oopnp

Right now I'm on pgwp and working in skill b from last 8 months. I want to know that I calculated my score which is more than 400 ( without any canadian or foreign experience). Can I create my express profile with 8 month canadian experience ( no foreign experince) and after that can I apply for oopnp?

i think you will need at least 1yr work experience in the specified job category.

to qualify in either fsw or cec you need at least a year's skilled work experience

You need 1 year work experience

In order to get OOPNP, you need to qualify for either FSW or CEC and for those you need 1 year of experience in the past 5 years for FSW or in the past 3 years of submitting the application.

8 months won't do as of yet for OOPNP.
