what will be my NOC CATAGORY NOC 0 A OR B ??

Does it lie inder O, A, B can i apply under CEC ??

You can see it on the link pfse provided. 'College and other vocational instructors' falls under 'Major Group 40' in Skill Level A.

Presumably you're asking because you need the IELTS level. It is an overall CLB level of 7+, which in terms of IELTS scores is:
Listening 6.0+
Reading 6.0+
Writing 6.0+
Speaking 6.0+
