confusion need advice of experts for Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker

I hired an IRCC authorized Representative in 2016 to put my Express entry application .I never ever ever received ITA from IRCC. My representative also applied my file in Saskatchewan PNP on 20/05/2017 but after I came to know that it was in different Occupation code I withdrew my application on 25/05/2017. As I was scared of procuring something by manipulating my profile. Later on I had a heated argument as she had applied one more file in other NOC of facility manager which she refused to withdraw and threatened me with dire consequences. As I apprehended that file was returned ineligible as she portrayed me doing job in different occupation code. So my profile was unable to meet 60 out of 100 points in assessment grid. But Saskatchewan never said it was fake they just returned due to points. Now I want to apply with my genuine Profile and documents.
This was complicated past of my profile which has been messed up by consultant.

I received ITA Kindly suggest me if I should let Federal Government know in advance or hide it?
If I let them know in advance will it be a negative thing as they might take it that I applied previously in SINP with fake documentation which is right but it was not my fault it was my consultant.

You're still responsible for anything your consultant did on your behalf. However if you never actually went through with any application for anything, it's probably okay.

This is unfortunate that someone messed your profile. Hiding any facts is considered as misrepresentation which is one of the grounds of inadmissibility to Canada. Be careful while submitting your application. Did you receive any UCI number for that application? You may also order Gcms notes to review details of previous application which may help a bit to make a decision.
