I believe as long as university or college accepted your language result , even its less, you may apply for non sds

Now the question is as I am not in india so should I apply sds or non sds please suggest me I am really concerned about it

Non-SDS. You need to be a resident of India in order to apply under SDS.
 
But u know my agent said as u qualify for sds we will apply for u sds you just do biometrics from singapore as in india right now condition is not good.

Worst case scenario, your file might be rejected for filing under wrong category or misrepresenting.
So what should I do plz suggest me in my profile everything good score all A grade ielts ok funds ok have a good travel history as well

Technically, you should file under non-sds. I also am an NRI residing in UAE, I also filed under non-SDS category.
