Confusion in selection of SDS or Non SDS

I have graduated in 2019 in law with 57% I have 16 months of litigation experience with some reputated internships, so my consultant is saying I won't be getting admission in any legal courses as my percentage is below 60% and recommending me to go for some of the business courses kindly suggest me my chance of getting admission with this percentage and chance of getting Visa thank you!

Don't come if on one year permit. PR is very difficult.
Come on 2 year study permit. That's gives you 3 year PGWP.

1-year study is a scam if you want to settle in Canada and get PR

Hi guys I have completed my 3 years bachelor degree from singapore and currently also in singapore as I still have visa here. I got first class degree and 6.5 band in ielts not less than 6. Another thing no gap in my studies and paying 1 year tuition fee and gic also.
Am I eligible for sds category as I am indian nationality applying for canada visa from singapore?
Please let me know asap because I have to apply visa

Yes indeed you need 6 atleast all modules to be eligible for sds but there is no such thing as increased rejection rate for non sds because it just depends on your profile

Yes you dont need academic ielts for sds although most educational institutions wont accept your application with a general IELTS
