Confusion between Offer of Employment and Letter of Employment

Hi,

I am uploading the documents for my PR application. The portal requires me to upload offer of Employment and the letter of employment ?

what is the difference between both ?

In the offer of Employment I could upload the offer letter. I am not sure what to upload in the letter of Employment ?

The offer of employment basically says that "X" company/employer is offering you a job, if you becoming a permanent resident. This tells CIC that you will have a job as soon as you get your PR.

The letter of employment says that you are currently working at a "X" company, with a "X" salary, working "X" amount of hours, etc. This tells CIC that you are currently working.

They are two different things.

That's the difference.

Read the section under "Proof of Work Experience." The Letter of Employment (AKA "experience letter" or "reference letter" is the single most important document (for each job claimed) that you must provide as part of your application
