Confusing Job offer. Real or Fake ?

It really is a scam as no company will ask you for money for a job. Construction companies in Canada are unlikely to look outside of the country to offer a job in construction when there will be many residents available.
Plus as already mentioned above see this warning about PCL

As for the Coca Cola company recruiting for a construction company even you should realise that a drinks company is unlikely to be acting as a recruitment agent for a construction company.. Also as mentioned above Coca Cola is even more unlikely to recruit from outside of Canada
