Confusing email from DoNotReply-DELHI-Immigration@international.gc.ca

Hi All,

My PR application is under process, but don't know from where today I got an email from "DoNotReply-DELHI-Immigration@international.gc.ca",

subject: Temporary Resident Visa Application.

And under that application, they told that my TRV has been refused and given reasons for it. They have correct UCI number.

I have not applied for any TRV as I already have approved one. I tried to look for the source of the email it looks genuine. Any idea about such email or anyone have got any such email?

Also, do we now get application status of TRV on email by Immigration department? Earlier, we can only know once we have the passport in our hand.

I have sent email to Delhi immigration and CPC Ottawa, but haven't heard from them (It has been a week).

Can we use IRCC webform?
