Hello,
I am a Canada PR aspirant and want to apply for PR specifically for Ontario. I came here on a work permit in Oct 2021 and had to leave for my home country due to some emergency, but I am still working from India for a Canadian company.
I have got my WES and IELTS with band 7(L-7 R-8 S- 7 W-6). I created my profile on IRCC and got a score of 345, no clue why the score is so less. I reached out to my company for PNP sponsorship, but they denied it.
Following are my credentials:
1. 13 years experience in Software Testing, and currently working in Canada as Project Manager.
2. B.Tech(IT) from India.
3. Married. My wife has 4 years exp overall and 1 year in IT. WES done and IELTS band 7. Masters in WES considered as bachelor program for 4 years or more.
4. 2 kids. (Younger one is 3 years and the Elder one is 7 years).
Can someone please help which stream should I apply for PR, as I am very confused and not getting proper guidance. I even tried reaching out to several immigration lawyers, but they are not giving any proper guidance and more keen on first starting the process.
Need someone's help urgently.
Also, please let me know, if my Canadian work experience would be valid for all the time, i am working from India.
