EE chance for the retail professional from india

Hi

I am working the the Retail sector in India from the last 7 years in a world well known company . Not sure will that experience makes me eligible to apply under EE or PRO Nomination as i have visited the site jobbank.gc.ca and there are always more than 5000 openings available at any given point of time . i have to get my WES done but my ielts score is 7 in each .

Kindly help in getting clear information.
