Hi everyone,
Can anybody tell me what is family booklet ? 2ndly , my father’s name is wrong on my documents can anybody get information about it . Plz tell me anybody I have almost fill the form . I am about to apply. On my documents my father’s name is “Saghir Ahmed” but on my father’s identity card it is “Muhammad Saghir” . Shall I put “saghir Ahmed” in the form which is mentioned on my documents or shall I put Muhammad Saghir which is mentioned on my father’s identity card ? Plz help me I am really thankful

A family booklet is only relevant to some countries. You may not require to send it.

You have to use the name that’s on his identity card because that is the proof of his name, even if it is wrong.

Whether they are correct I can’t answer that but they are legal documents and the name on the legal document is what you have to use.

the visa office will check their own database to make sure the names is correct. i too had the same problem. family book and id card of father's name was spell differently. my lastest gcms note says "xxxy xx,(xxy xxx per b/cert)" and we did not not submit a birth certificate for the applicant's father, so cic must have access to their own database

Thanks a lot but do you know what is family booklet? Is it the names of all your family members like my mother, father sister and brother’s list or a different one ? Plz guide me if you have information about it ? Thanks a lot
