Confused about Notary or Attested copies

Hi

I'm trying to apply under NOC 2173 category this week.
I filled all the forms and had all the docs along with WES.

I don't have PCC, but going ahead with submitting the application.
My question is...

1)do we need to notarize out educational and experience letters by a notary?
2)I don't have reference letters(company doesn't provide). If we take the reference letters from Leads/Managers, Is that OK?
3)How can we take the reference letters(In a white paper or any other format like mail print out etc).
4) Can we use My friend's Credit Card as my card has not contain the limit?
5) What will be Immigration Office needs to be mention in the form if we are applying from INDIA.

Please help me here. I have to rush on this.

Is there any specific format for notarizing it?
If company is not giving reference letters(we can't get letter head), what will be the other option?

Ask your manger/colleague to write a recommendation letter for you and send through company's email account.
Write a cover letter for immigration officer, in which, state your employer is not ready to give you an experience letter.
Send multiple evidences of your employment, for example, old and new salary slips, appointment letter, promotion letter etc.

as far as i know.. nothing needs to be notarized... except translated documents... dont waste money on things that are not required.. its clearly written in checklist.

Assalamualikum

I would like to know which NOC shall be used as in the form its written NOC 2011 everywhere but in NOC 2011 if i am in the category number 1311 so i cant find it in the latest May 2014 Noc and cant even identify the cap for that, kindly advice shall i change my NOC 2011 category and use 1212 is that relevant as an accountant and bookkeeper ?
