Confirmed status of PR immigrant file of CHC since 2004

Dear Sir,

I would like to confirm you I have been applied PR of CHC since Sept 2004, our final documents already submitted in Nov 2008, after that no intimation give us, huge time already has been passed & no given any information from CHC New Delhi. Please tell us which of year our case will be finalized & what current status of running PR CHC New Delhi files.

CHC will finalized these case as soon as possible if yes confirms months/years

CHC will finalized these case as soon as possible if yes confirms months/years
well they will not touch pre-feb 2008 cases for another two years ie 2013 after that even dec2003 is pending so your turn may come in 2015-2016

As confirmed status of 2004, I am not satisfied your comments because cic.gc.ca in which processing years clearly showing 85 months, if your comments is right then why mentioned 85 months. Till time our years has been completed 82 months onwards.

Please check your statement, as my point of view 2004 PR cases maximum have been finished current this year 2011.

CIC New Delhi is currently finalised nov-dec 2003 cases, which u can confirmed on trackitt.com. Today i have seen on trackitt that decision of one Nov-2003 file is made on June 21, 2003.

This is on the basis of standard response received from delhi to enquiry by pre-feb 2008 applicants.
If you want to confirm the above send an status enquiry to Delhi and you will get it for yourself to read.

Please read carefully what you are citing from the website which mentions 85 months. That is for cases processed in the last 12 months and do not reflect current processing timelines which Delhi has taken-off from the website in May this year which was originally projecting 90 months. Dec 2003 and Jan 2004 have completed 90 months and nothing happened.

As for your view 2004 PR cases to been finished in year 2011, consider yourself lucky even if Delhi starts to process and will not go beyond Dec2003 cases and that is if they start processing.

Sandeep this could be an isolated case of re-medicals etc. Delhi has finished with Nov 2003 cases in 2010 but few cases still remained due to medical issues. Last time Delhi was processing cases in June/July 2010 it was dealing with remanants of Nov2003 and Dec2003. It stopped mid-way through Dec2003 and ever since nothing has happened till date.

Dear Sandeep/PB55,

As read ur below both are right but as confirmed from other person he was applied date is June 2004 & his required documents has been submitted in CHC Aug 2008, his catogory is teacher, but he has received medical previous month. secondly one case was April 2004, this guys received rejected letter some docs not satisfied from CHC but he is submitting all docs through layer then after CHC send medical & received visa

So, my question is what is planned of CHC because this time he has decrease cab & as news day by day requirement of labours. but CHC why finialize 2004 backlog. because 7 years is a huge time more over persons changed planned, & mostly persons are overage & some are death & some are changed job etc. As my view 40% file is running in 2004-05.

I agree with u still running is Dec 2003 this is process continuing almost 2 years but further ...................? I don't know

See if you can read the news on the above link it says pre-feb2008 will not processed this year.
I have not idea of isolated cases you are citing. The matter of fact is Dec2003 is pending.
As of your view that 7 years is a long time..... well friend they don't care. And by the time your turn comes it will reach 12+ years.
