CIC no longer requires a COPR copy for the post-C6 citizenship application.
But no idea if people still need it during later stages (interview, oath...)

it proves your status, i wouldnt apply without COPR. I reccommend you send copy COPR.

Even though IRCC has not asked for COPR, it still remains an invaluable document. You even need it to collect pension down the line.

Follow checklist, there is a reason that they have a checklist. If anything further require they'll let you know. Don't over complicate.

My personal experience is that we only provided the documents required on the check list and all was good.
