can any one know how many days or month they give in confirmation of permanent residency letter after stamping to land in Canada?

It will around 1 year from the day of your medicals received by CIC.

The expiry date is written on the document and is also noted in the accompanying information sheets.
It's different in every case because it depends on expiry dates of passport and/or medical, whichever comes first.
