because as per DHL if you are sending docs to any university in CANADA it cost as per student package ie 1200 INR
And apart from that any other docs( or the same one) you are sending to govt or anyone else in CANADA will cost you upto 3000 INR.

You can apply for Seneca or any other college
As you can see Concordia has started giving offer letters so you can expect Concordia offer letter in September.
In case if its taking time by that time you can confirm your seat for Seneca

University of Ottawa better in ranking, this course requires experience so my experience will not get wasted......

Concordia university... Easy to get PR, job oriented course but i think less reputation than Ottawa & freshers can also apply for this course..
