I sended following documents to Concordia for Jan 2014 intake for the program Master of Engineering in Software Engineering.
1. Statement of Purpose
2. 3 Letter of Recommendation from three professors of my undergraduate course. The letters were sealed in an envelope, signed by respective professor and stamped with my college stamp. It actually consisted of the LOR format available on concordia website + LOR given by my college on College Letterhead.
3. Official Transcripts of Undergraduate program Sealed by University stamp.
4. True copy of semester wise marksheets sealed by university stamp. (Each marksheet was signed by deputy registrar)
5. True copy of Provisional degree certificate.
6. CV
