concerns about schedule a and ottawa

Hi there, March 2017 Spousal Outland applicant here. I'm hoping someone could put my mind at ease.

On March 30, I was requested to upload my Schedule A online through myCIC and I submitted it the next day. I think I did it right but I haven't heard from CIC regarding the document submission. Under my application/profile details it says: "Review of additional documents - The additional documents you provided have been uploaded." Does that mean they received the document or it's in the system or what?

We were notified that my application has been transferred to Ottawa on April 6. I've seen people on this forum talking about Ottawa not sending out AOR2's. So how will I know when they get my application and that things are moving along?

When you see that the PA side is In Process on ECAS.

When you see that the PA side is In Process on ECAS.

It has been since April 4. That means they received the document? It changed to "In Process" before they informed us about the application transfer to Ottawa.
