I just completed the express entry form and I have a question on the education; in the section, have you earned a Canadian degree? I need some clarity on the last bullet of the options that explains the section - you had to be enrolled full time for at least eight months and have been physically present in Canada for at least eight months.
I am currently a Ph.D. student and physically present in Canada and have been here for 4months. Does it mean I can update my profile to answer yes and score additional points once I clock 8 months in my study, even when I have not earned the Ph.D. degree?
