Comparative Education Assessment (CES)

My school doesn't provide tracking service for the sent documents so I cannot tell for sure when the documents reached them. However I mailed a copy from the school to myself as well for reference. I started my application with CES after I received my copy, so I am guessing they must have gotten it before they received my application. I got a confirmation for the fee payment from CES on July 31st.Futurist said:
As an update : I just got my unofficial copy in email ! I upgraded to courier service during the course of the time I was waiting for processing, so hopefully I should receive the originals soon. They apparently wait for 24 hours to mail them out in case there are some errors spotted in the unofficial copy, which will need to be reported to them.

My friend is also a sufferer of CES. But finally he got his ECA. I am sharing his time line for you guys who are still waiting for their ECA from CES.

Hello friends,
As posted in a separate topic, I was under evaluated by CES and therefore need to send in my application to CES. I understand the time delay issues with CES, but I guess I have no choice.
Before I send in my application, I have few queries ...
a) Is a cover application with number that needs to be submitted to the university along with copies of my transcript as is the case with WES? I found this on the CES website: learn.utoronto.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Request-Official-Academic-Records.pdf is this mandatory?
b) I did my bachelor's degree with one university and master's with another. When I got my bachelor's degree evaluated by WES, they sent one copy direct to the university and another copy in a sealed envelope to me. The one sent to me does not have the WES cover form ... just the attested certificate and transcript copies. Can I send just this to CES?
