Comparative Education Assessment (CES)

I Even I have a 2yr PGDM(Equal to MBA by AIU). Not sure which agency to use to get this asseses as masters.
After readng comments about WES no longer gives Masters to MBA, I checked on IQAS website. They say, if it's a 2 years Masters degree followed by a 3 years Bachelors, then they will honor it as a one year Masters. If that one year Masters happens, then can I still choose the Masters option in the CRS tool?
I think their website already says you can go for the highest degree evaluation. Then why bachelors?

Did you send both your bachelors and master degree or can we just send Masters as they charge addtional for each degree. Please help reply.

While filing for education evolution report from WES, I am facing difficulty while choosing the Institution type. I had studied Batchelor of Degree from a college in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh and my University is located in a different city of Uttar Pradesh. Please let me know which option should I select in WES. Shall I select State Board of Technical Education or University Education?

I am from Karachi, Pakistan, I need to send my documents to CES (University of toronto) for ECA.
BCOM 2 years
MBA 2 years
I have a HEC sealed envelop with attested bcom and mba degree and transcripts. I need to ask that shall i take a big envelop and place the HEC envelop and other forms and documents in that and send directly to CES or there is any other process. Please mention if i am missing anything.

U need to check the ces website as the requirement is diff for each country
For some thy mandate the collge to send directly some thy allow the students to collect and mail
I m not aware on what are the requirements for Pakistani degrees
For India thy also allow student also to send directly instead of the college

Who gave the degree - university or the college?
If university then it shld be university education
I got my ECA from WES. My B Tech is assessed as 4 Years Bachelor and 2 Year Full Time MBA is assessed as 1 Year Post Graduate Diploma. Post the IELTS, my CRS will become 446 whereas if my Masters were assessed as Masters my Score CRS would become 453. Seeing the latest trend of Draws, I am considering to get the ECA done from CES.
1) I am wondering whether I should go for ECA for both credentials i.e. B Tech and Masters or ONLY Masters, Anyone any idea?
2) While creating the profile, can I use the WES Assessment for Graduation and CES Assessment for Masters?
3) Any idea whether CES gives the correct ECA Assessment for only Masters, my MBA is from a reputed B School (UBS, Panjab University, Chd, India)

CES offersJust to make it clear, ICES, not CES, offers rush service and they have suspended it till further notice
