Dear all,

I want to do my ECA by CES. But quite some confusion arises.....please help me out...

1. Is it require to send application form and official academic documents separately in two packs?

2. My passport is going to expired and i have already applied for renew it. In that case, can i use my existing passport (which is going to be expired) as a photo identification with DOB?

3. I didnt find any online apply option in CES website as like WES. Does it required for CES to apply online first then submit all the documents like WES?


Please help me in this regard

Hi Folks,

i would like to apply for ECA through CES; i have my BS Degree in Computer Science which was attested by HEC Islamabad last year in 2014. Now i need to attest the photocopies of this by HEC. Would you tell me CES will accept the Attestation from Regional Office Karachi? What are the documents do i need to send to CES only my BS Degree and Transcript with Sealed Envelope or do i need to send them all the Documents SSC Certificate and HSC Certificate as well. Please need your urgent assistance.

(1) CES will accept docs attested by HEC regional offices.

(2) If you have post-secondary credentials/degrees (like bachelors, masters, ph.d), CES does NOT want your SSC/HSC docs. Check out CES's "Required Docs" page on their website

There are no marks. There's equivalency check between your docs and how they measure up with Canadian Education system.

A good way to keep tabs on what's going on, is to call them, and ask them which date apps/docs they are processing.

go to CES website and follow the guidelines country specific. since you have done both degrees from 2 different countries, the procedure will be different as well.

check of WES canada website if you university is listen there or not. Link below.

if listed then simply create your account on website and pay the necessary fee. It will be CAD 320 approx. They will ask you for scanned degree upload and once done, you have to get those degree certified (Photocopies) by HEC again even if they are done before. Each and every step details can be seen below.

there are certain agents who are doing verification process on your behalf in Pakistan. Let me know if you need their contact numbers too.
