congrats. appreciate if you can share detailed timeline: for example, when documents were received,. when university documents were received and when credit card was charged?

application sent: 15th july
ECA email recieved: 13th october

Hey guys,

For your reference on WES when i applied for credential evaluation, see below timeline.
It was such a good experience with WES.

May 20 – CC payment to WES
May 27 – Transcript sent to WES from University
June 3 – WES confirmation of Credentials receipt sent by University
June 5 – WES Evaluation completed.
June 6 – UPS sent from WES (CANADA)
June 9 – Received at my OFFICE (MALAYSIA)

After confirmation of receipt by WES, they added a note like this "Due to a high number of FSW applicants your credentials will be processed within 20 days...bla bla...sorry if not exact phrase as long as the '20' days is there. Before that, they posted normal processing to be completed within 10 days.. I was surprised when i checked from WES online status that my credential evaluation has been completed on 5th June...really a great surprise,,'till the next day (6th June) was updated to "your order has been shipped"..Finally i recieved at my office on 9th June afternoon. FYI, i used UPS express, first i availed the normal but i had a second thought that it might be a cause of delay so i upgrade to UPS express shipment. TOtal cost CAD=299 for evaluation + tax + courier..

Hope this is a good reference for all. Timeline will depend on how soon the University process your Transcripts/ Mark sheets. In my case, considered as expedited because my sister went to the university, handed the form to university registrar representative, and waited for orig. copy of transcript, then transcript was put in sealed - Univ. envelope and i called the Univ. registrar, instructed them to let my sister courier it right away at the DHL nearby the campus. In just one day!! Transcript was sent out...

Hello Everyone. When I first sent CES my Documents the processing time was 7 weeks. A few days later it changed to 11 weeks and now its showing 15 weeks!! This is ridiculous as the deadline for FSWP 2014 will be ending soon!! Apparently they really don't care about an applicants time.

They received my documents from my University on 2nd October

Can those who have recently had their assessments done tell me approximately when can I expect my ECA from them?

you processed your application in early days when there were not of application...

now delay is all over due to the large number of applications......

My friend filed case on WES on 25th September 2014 and received Original ECA Report on 17th October 2014.

CES? Sorry to say but you might get in January 2015 as December Holidays are approaching soon.

If they become efficient and try to clear back log before December Holidays, you might be lucky to have it soon but nothing can be predict about CES.

I chose WES and Thanks to God for that!

Less number of documents required by CES for ECA that is University Certificates.

Whereas WES ask for Higher Secondary Certificates along with University Certificates for ECA.

What I believe is:

Whereas WES ask for Higher Secondary Certificates along with University Certificates for ECA -> WES don't ask for Higher Secondary Certificates if you are applying for your Bachelors / Masters evaluation (I am not sure if this is valid for all the countries or not but was valid for my assessment)

Yes for some countries that is the requirement.
