Dear I was also emailing them for past two months and response was nagging. However, one week back i lost my patience and sent an email in which i used pretty harsh words. Finally what happened was i received a response and this time it was "You application should be done in about one week". Today i called them and asked about the status of my application and same response was received. I insisted that you guys sent me an email that my application should be done in about one week and that week period is over. The representative asked me to hold and after couple minutes she said that you will get your unofficial copy by next week.

MY Application was charged on 18th July, 2014 and your's 17th i guess. You should call them for the inquiry.

Long weekend starting in Canada. After two days weekly off Monday 13th Oct is Thanksgiving. So, this nation will resume work on Tue, 14th Oct.

Yes I am sure as 22 point are for two or more bachelors degrees.

My credit card was also charged on 18 july and have not received the unofficial report till yet . Secondly just to update CES has again changed their processing time and its 15 weeks now

oh My God 15 weeks. ??? ??? ??? :'( :'( :'( :'( No hopes now. I have no words to describe for their boorness.

1) Irresponsible Attitude
2) ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
3) No respect for client's time.

This is worse than any other government offices that I have dealt with tin the past.

All friends whose fee charged around mid or late July should keep their hopes high. ALLAH KARIM

One thing we all should admit CES has been unmistakably vigilant in updating processing time on their website! ???

Fee charged: 17th July
Application completed: late July (all documents reached to CES directly from educational institutes)
Unofficial report: Insha'Allah soon
Official report: Insha'Allah soon

Thanks for giving us the hope. Whenever I had mailed them or call them they had given me their traditional reply. Can u pls let us know what u had written in yr (context of mail) so that we can also adopt the same and get some meaningful reply from CES. My application was also charged on july 18. Thank you

I wrote them following email, attached the image of email I got from my university in which they confirmed dispatch of my educational documents, and send this email to ces.fswp @ utoronto.ca

Please, have a look at the attached image. It is the e-mail that I received from my former institutions. They confirmed they have dispatched my documents on 3rd July 2014.

Now, I request you to check your record and update me if my application package has completed (have you got my all educational documents send from my former institutes).

Zakir, glad your ECA report is on its way!

I had sent my application in first week of August'14 and card was charged on 29 Aug'14. The transcript from my college reached them on 26 September'14. However, when I enquired about the documents, they said they cannot confirm if they received the documents. Don't know if I will get the report by first week of December'14.
