Does CES send any acknowledgement once they receive all documents or if they require anything else?

They send email of payment confirmation and than ECA report. Currently, on completion of application package they do not update customer. But, if they require any other document they write.

When I asked them, 'when did my application package complete?', they replied but did not give me exact date.

on an average after amount deduction one has to wait for 3 months to get the final ECA report.... further if CES wants any additional requirement they will email you after 4 to 5 weeks after the amount deduction, so now u can judge the things.
beside WES is same a CES in timelines

The UofT has transcended all limits of accountability. I received the following response to my query about the status of my application.

Please visit our website for current processing times. The estimate for FSWP applications is from the date that all required official documents are received (including those from former institutions).
NOTE: These posted processing times are current averages only and are likely to increase as the number of applications we receive increases.
CES does not dictate processing times and cannot predict the processing time for any particular application. We can only give notice of the current average processing time.

Same message I got today.
It seems they are not accountable to anybody.
When I applied estimated processing time was three week on their website!

Trust me, this is horrible. They cannot be changing time frame a like that. They ought to understand that people have timelines to meet, and plans are made based on their processing times posted online. If they cannot stick to it, itava breach of commitment. Unfortunately, we can't do much...just wait and watch.

so
1) which org to chooses.. WES or CES or any other...... suggest me which will do assesmt early and in fast way ///

2) i wanted to know that whre to get referance no of wes application form and also should that application form of wes be enclosed in envelope of sealed trascripts of uni or in that envelope contain xerox of my marksheet ???

3) any other advice.. if i left something which is to be done for assessment

1) WES. It's the fastest track
2) You'll get your REF num once you submit your order and pay the fees.
