Company Reference letter

Hi,
Is there any time limitation on Company reference letter like PCC (PCC should not be older than 3 months). How old company reference letter can be used. My question is because, my current manager is ready to give me a letter, but he will leave the company in few days, so will CIC accept 3 months old company reference letter ?

No where it says that there is a validity period for reference letter, only it says that it has to be issued with a date. I would not worry about validity.

the new one would show your increased work experience.

NOC code is CIC specific so based on your job duties it should reflect the same.

Not a good idea to put NOC code on the ref letter IMO
